TUXEDO, Rebel Penguin Federation Capital – Following its 15th anniversary, the Rebel Penguin Federation welcomed a new leader: Link3000. Who is Link3000, and what will they bring to the Rebel leadership team?
Comedy is a judge, editor, and member of the top ten staff for CPA Headquarters. Previously, she was a leader of the Silver Empire but currently resides in Ice Warriors and serves as an advisor for Fire Warriors.

KLONDIKE, CP Army Headquarters – As the beginning of March Madness draws closer, the community experiences a change in the order of the top five armies.
Spotty currently serves as a Vice Director in Club Penguin Army Headquarters, where she has been part of the staff team since February 2021. Previously Spotty has been involved in multiple other leagues including the Club Penguin Army Hub and the Club Penguin Army League in 2019. She has been in the army community since 2018, holding leadership or hcom positions in Help Force, Dark Warriors and the Army of Club Penguin.

TUXEDO – Rebel Penguin Federation Empire – During this past week, the Rebel Penguin Federation has been celebrating its anniversary. They had been hosting some fun events each day to get the hype going for their special event. Let’s see how their spirit week went for their 14th anniversary!
Todoro has been in the army community since May of 2020. She has been in a few armies, she started out in DB, then moved on to, RR, DCP, GT, SE, SS, and then she founded and was the main leader of Eclipse for a few months. Todoro is now currently in IW as a fellow troop member. She is currently a judge for CPAHQ, along with being a reporter in CPAHQ and CPAO.
